HOA rules, must be 25 or older to rent or have one guest over 25 to rent. Parking for the condo is only $30 and this covers your whole stay and amenities wristbands are $6 per person and also covers your whole stay. The parking lot is very convenient and close to the complex. You will take care of these fees directly with the HOA once you arrive. HOA rules, pets are not allowed for renters. No smoking or vaping in the unit.
